I phoned to order a delivery and the women on the phone was very rude and abrupt. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have ordered from red pepper before and it has always been a delight but this time was a disaster. Very rude telephone manners and when asking for details of the order she was very disinterested. I highly doubt I will be back and recommend some training on customer service.
