  Bought a bike and started my tour of Europe from Inverness. Shop took so long to respond to my order, and then when I called to cancel, hastily put the bike together for me to test ride. It was only later that I realised there are a lot of small problems I needed to tune/fix because of careless mechanical work at the start. I asked quite a few questions at the shop but was generally given quick answers. They promised to check about a front rack for me but they never called me back. When I emailed them to ask about this and a receipt for my pannier, there was no response. A shop that only cares about making sales and not about customer service. I still managed to cover 4000kms, but take your money elsewhere please!
