  Had just been paid and went in to buy several items of base layer clothing, i was asked what size i was, i didn't know, so i asked if i could try the medium and small sizes on, i was told no with a yuk grimace on the member of staffs face because of apparently hygiene reasons so i asked if they had a tape measure so i could measure my waist, they didn't have one. One member of staff suggested i was a small, another thought i was a medium. The items were £59.99 each, what did they expect me to do, buy something for nearly £60 on a gamble they fitted knowing i couldn't return them because of "hygiene reasons". I went down the road to another shop and was told yes you can try them on, i tried the small size on first, all good so i bought 5 sets of excellent Icebreaker base layers. I have given one star because the shop may sell excellent products etc but with such unhelpful staff i never got to try their products.
